THR owner and driver jenson09 has stated that after his time away from the series he is as keen as ever to get to grips with the GT Championship after a difficult first round.
The team had run with the BMW (Alpina) M6 at the season opening Road Atlanta round but a poor qualifying and a host of technical issues precluded any good results.
At Mugello the team ran its all new Ferrari F430 GT3 for Selective Rogue and instantly improved. jenson09 was unable to attend but will be racing at this weekends meeting at Motegi.

"I'm not expecting to have a massive jump forward....

After a period away from the track, THR was able to reveal the FINAL and finished paint for the Ferrari F430 to be used for the remainder of the GT3 Championship.

The team also revealed the look of the TASCAR that will be used in TORA's first stock car championship, supported by Radio Le Mans Ear on the Oval.

THR is on the lookout for drivers to run the FTR team in TCM and LMS GT2 aswell as a third driver for the GT3 Championship. The team has recently taken ownership of a new car to run, along with an all new and very exciting sponsorship package.
The GT2 FTR entry will consist of the BMW M3 GT2 with a fuly supported package from THR. Whoever take on the the FTR team will have full autonomy and free reign on team mates. The paint will be supplied.

Based on the 1998 24hr winning Porsche AG livery THR has made 'slight' adjustments to make it it's own.
The paint is largely unchanges except for the traditional THR black section which runs through the middle of the car. The original sponsors have been retained with the addition of THR supporter Virgin. Daily Sportscar also makes an appearance on the car.

The 911 GT1 is to be driven by Selective Rogue and jenson09 in full livery from the second round of the series.

Qualifying for FTR goes well with debut racer iDuNnY setting a 0.57.007 putting him in 1st place for qualifying in his race lobby.

Straight into the first race and making there debut entrance as a Team in the 2010 TCM, with NickFTM absent for the the first TCM Championship race leaving it all up to his team mate on his debut race iDuNnY.The FTR hotshot gives it his all in the Opel Astra V8 placing 2nd in the 1st round comfortably.

Force Ten Racing sponsored by Virgin will be represented in TORA's Touring Car Masters with the driving talents of PLOW NickFTM3 and TORA newcomer iDuNny.
The pair will drive the venerable Opel Astra DTM in the series.

In addition, iDuNny will bring forward the team's LMS campaign and field the BMW M3 GT2 at Suzuka. The team will continue its hunt for a second and third driver to partner him.

Mixed results for the UK based team on their debut in the top class. The Aston Lolas had ben proving difficult to tune to the unique characteristics of the Florida based circuit and a top finish was not being predicted.
A better than expected qualifying performance from both cars saw them into the top lobby with Y22 ahead of jenson09 by a small margin. Early contact between AJzero and Drunk Louis moved the Astons up the order. By the hour mark the cars were running 3rd and 4th. jenson09 had been enjoying a battle with 'kelloggs' before the Champion driver suffered an off which dropped him...

Essentially operating as a third team in the THR umbrella of operations, but closer to the team that Austins Motorsport, FTR will be planning a limited campaign in the GT2 class of the LMS in 2010 with a move to a full season in 2011 and hopefully the GT4 series too.
The GT2 project will utilise the BMW M3 GT2 that THR had planned to run initially. The cars are tuned up and ready to roll.... all that is required is drivers!!

Today the wraps come off THR's all new GT3 challenger.
Following behind the scenes problems with the development of the Aston Martin DBS, the desicion was taken late to look for alternate manufactuer support.
Alpina joined the European GT3 Championship in 2009 and enjoyed success in its debut season. For 2010, the German tuning firm extending it's operations to incorporate a joint venture with Team Hunter Racing in the GT Championship. THR secured full support for the three cars in mid January and testing has been on going in secret for around two weeks.

A substantial announcement regarding the future of the THR GT3 squad will be made tomorrow.

For the upcoming TORA Le Mans Series THR has chosen to join forces with multiple World Rally Champions Citroen to run their assault on the TRC.
This campaign will be using the highly successful Citroen C4. THR as secured the rights to run the Group N version of the car as Citroen scale down their WRC spec version ahead of the debut of the DS3 WRC in 2011.
The Group N machines will have the full support of the WRC's Red Bull team and will appear in those colours but under the Red Bull Citroen THR banner.

THR will be participating in the 2010 Classic Endurance Racing series after months of unconfirmed reports. Following the interview with team owner jenson09 it was largely confirmed, despite troubles behind the scenes.
THR today confirmed that two cars, for jenson09 and Selective Roague would be participating throughout the series. The Porsches are in the possession of the team and are undergoing preparations to make them race ready.

Following on from it's GT90's success thanks to the skilled driving talents of The Slim Stoner, THR have secured backing to enter the CER with two Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion.
These cars have been loaned to the team from a private collector and while authorisation has been given to repaint the cars, it has been stipulated to the team that utmost care is taken over the cars. Would we have it any other way?

THR releases FINAL images of the Virgin Racing THR Lola Aston Martin B09/60 it plans to compete in the TORA Le Mans Series 2010.

THR is pleased to announce a tie up with Virgin Racing for the TORA Le Mans Series. The announcemement was made alongside their Formula One launch and while the LMS effort will be under THR control, Virgin Group will be financing the team alongside its other partners for the duration.
The 'VR' logo will appear on the Lola Aston Martin and the official name will change to Virgin Racing THR. It is not expected that the livery will alter dramatically due to commitments to other sponsors.
"I am really pleased to be associated with the Virgin brand", said team owner jenson09.

Today the team revealed the first image of it's Lola Aston Martin LMP1 car.
Seen in testing over the weekend at Silverstone in a private run, the car ran without incident throughout the day.
The car was displaying what is expected to be a complete verion of its 2010 livery ahead of the official unveiling at the TLMS Media day in early January.
Team owner jenson09 was driving the car during the day and declared himself very impressed with the pace of the car and the general handling even...

In a complete change in tack THR announced today that it had completed a deal to purchase two of the Lola Aston Martins from Prodrive for its drivers jenson09 and Y22 DJH to compete from the first round of the TORA Le Mans Series 2010. Following the car change in the GT Championship THR boss jenson09 was keen to retain ties with the British marque and so this deal was struck.
The cars will be run under the Hexis THR banner and will feature a livery sympathetic to its Gulf Aston Martin ancestory yet...

Following the contractual difficulties revealed earlier, THR can now issue the first pictures of its all new SL65 AMG Blacks that were undergoing private testing in Spain this afternoon.
While details on times were not revealed, the team announced their satisfaction with the general state of the car.
It was repeatedly pointed out that this is an all new car with no previous race mileage. THR is the sole 'works' developer of the 'Black' and as such is seeing the 2010 GT3 season as a development...
