How do I go about uploading my pictures and videos to the forums?
Any help with this would be great

Either the "Host an Image" button on the reply box, or upload to Flickr or other image host site.

All you need is the image's URL (for a normal image, right click and click "Copy Image URL") and add [IMG] tags before and after the URL.

For example:
