These cars must have these and only these upgrades:
all engine parts, no aspiration changes or engine changes or drivetrain changes, race brakes, race springs and dampers,front and rear anti roll bars and roll cage, no weight reductions, sport clutch, race driveline, and a race differential. Stock tyre compound, upgraded front and rear tyre width, STOCK RIMS, and both aero upgrades.

These upgrades should take your car to around 700. These upgrades took my viper'13 to 701.

Did you actually upgrade all of the production cars to actually see they hot around that PI? I think the MC12 might be a lot higher than 700.
