Amazing finish for Indy Lites at Indianapolis

There may have only been 12 cars running in the Freedom 100 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. But, the finish was simply epic. Coming to the finish there were 4 cars fighting to win and those 4 drivers made it a great day at this historic track for Indy Lites. Coming out of turn 4 and coming down to the finish. Three of the 4 cars went side-by-side with the fourth behind on the outside. Then with about 500-700 feet left that outside car made it's way with the rest and made it a 4 wide race to the finish. That fourth car then went on to win the race by about 4 inches. The winning driver is Peter Dempsey from Ireland. Congrats Peter!!!!

Incredible finish to say the least.

That was absolutely fantastic! Never watched a Indy Lights race but that was awesome!

And whats even better is that Jack Hawksworth didn't finish

Finish to the Freedom 100

Haven't liked hawksworth since he borrowed my ICC shifter kart in 2007 and returned it in a [Censored] state. Didn't like him more after he turned up and punted 90% of the entrants to the 07 MSA Superkart GP off the track and even less when he stuck me in the wall in the final. So rather glad to see him stick himself in the wall

The thing I most liked about this race is that all four drivers didn't try to crowd or stuff another into a wall. Very professional driving!
