TORA Drift Championship Track Layouts

this thread is for anyone interested in the TDC to learn the layouts for the series, videos will be posted as i upload them

R1: Sunset Club


R2: Tsukuba Club


R3: Motegi East


R4: Road Atlanta


R5: Silverstone National


R6: Sebring Full


R7: Nurburgring GP full


R8: Indianapolis GP


R9: Benchmark A; bonus round

someone is interested!!! its a monday miracle haha
took me 4 hours to do all 8, did 3 or 4 laps for each one (6 for tsukuba and 8 for road atlanta) then i had to make the movie, upload it to fm.net, download it from fm.net, and then upload it to youtube, 8 times!
at least my internet is almost 10 times as quick as 2 months ago, otherwise id still be going

might be getting some of the END boys to help run it, judge it etc, thats if they aren't busy with VFD, TDC or FMDL

and it's not like the actual track, tsukuba is (well obviously) in revers, some of the others were gonna be, but decided maybe not, being the first time in a while one of these have been run

Oh, hopefully Slider S15 sees this...

Once Le Mans is over I'll look at setting up a section for this.

and yea, he's the one guy i'm counting on joining, i know there's a few drifters here, but not a lot
I'll wait till after Le Mans to put up the registration and media threads then
and hopefully the END/APX guys can help out, other wise, running, participating, judging, scrutinerring and classing everyone is going to make the night take a lot longer

The only car I've had sitting in my garage since the game came out is a wee 200hp AE86.  It drifts like a dream, don't let the low power fool you!

I hate drifting a lot because I can't drift.

yea, i have a 300 HP RX-7, but its light as, very good corner speed, but i prefer my skyline (pictured) or my Vantage V12

I'm interested in this! Depending on day, like if it's mid week in evening BST, i'll be in for some rounds

I could get in on this

just doing a video for the final BONUS round worth double points, once the video is up, you'll see why it's worth double
but may not run it if people hate

needs to be RWD, that's AWD and powerslides, not drifts...

what type of regs are we talking ? or have you got that far into the planning stage yet ?

RWD, no race or drag slicks, at least PI of A550, anything else is fine, including conversions from AWD or FWD to RWD and engine and turbo/supercharger conversions

I got nothing as far as judges go sadly

Any more news on times for this?
I know i'd personally like it to be later on Saturday nights (any time after 21:00 GMT) so I don't have any trouble with work getting in the way (Plus I know theres a series running in the usual Saturday Slot so running after will be one of the few options)

i highly doubt this will run D: we are the only 2 interested and it's so difficult finding time that suits everyone

No worries was a great idea. Maybe a simpler idea is the way forward to bring Drifting back to TORA. Was a good idea though
