Yes.

Essentially meaning that anyone that wanted to qualify today should not have waited till a couple hours before the session to sign up.

Some of my teammates and I were supposed to qualify today, has the session been cancelled? I hadn't seen anything in the qualifying thread about it. We're located in the US and are trying to find out when we need to be available.

Like Bruno said. The qualifying thread has been open for weeks so there was no need to wait until hours before the session starts. Signs up will reopen later for Friday but they will shut early on Friday as well.

The session isn't cancelled, just entry for tonight is now closed. If they signed up before today then they will be in. Qualifying is tonight at 10pm BST

Thanks for the clarification. We signed up days ago and are already on the list. Just had a slight panic attack when I read the above posts. I scheduled my day around qualifying...

Seems correct. I'm in CST which is -6 so qualifying that starts at 10 there will start at 4 here. My teammates are EST (-5) so it'll be 5pm for them.

Yeah sorry. We are leaving things till the last minute too. Peoples work schedules change at the worst of times

My schedule isn't very predicatble and I didn't want to commit to something I couldn't guarantee. Nowhere in the OP of the qualifying thread does it say that signups close early on the day of a session so I assumed that there wouldn't be a problem.

My concern is nowhere does it say about the number of lobbies per session and how many ppl have signed up for each session.

I hope everyone can qualify when they requested.

We have 2 lobbies of 16 minus anyone streaming. If we have comms for tonight we will split to 3. Lobbies will be up soon.

Right, lets get to the bottom of this every 1 who requested prior to this morning to Q will Q tonight no 1 is missing out.........

Those who didn't post in to Q have to sessions on Friday, the Q session has been open for weeks and yes I understand that you all have busy lives but the admin work behind the scenes is well quite large, so I cut it off early due to some major personal work and family issues today. I would have 0 time to update and apply Q sessions from now if I left them open.

Friday remain open I will update the OP advising these will be cut off, yes should've been clear but these have been up for weeks.

Also it does state how many people are in the Q, the Document has every Q session listed with current drivers who have been updated hence why I ask to check...

The spreadsheets haven't worked for me since Sunday morning. That's why I said that, but keep it up and know we are here to help to

That's perfectly understandable. I just wish I had know about the cutoff sooner. I was only recently officially added to the team so I couldn't have applied to qualify even if I'd wanted to until this past weekend.

Sorry if I sound upset. You're busy too and I understand that. I know you guys work hard to put this on for us. If it is at all possible to fit me in today, I would greatly appreciate it. I definitely have an event on Friday (although I'm not positive if it conflicts with qualifying).
