Hi,

I am Stephen Dixon from South Africa.  I am currently racing in the Do Gaming League's Forza 4 League.  
Unfortunately this league is very badly run and administrated, so we are looking at creating an alternative to this league.

I really hope someone here can guide me in creating a South African Forza League that is affiliated to TORA.
