Hi Guys

Season 1 is nearly at its halfway point and is coming along brilliantly so I wanted to get you guys' thoughts regarding season 2. Just as a precursor, the series will become the TCR Fun Cup from Season 2, dropping GoDaddy from the title.

My first thought is replacing the Evora T124 with something specially built for the Fun Cup. I have custom built (don't laugh) a Delorean DMC-12 that I'd like to get people's thoughts on. Dont be put off, it drives like a dream. Following Round 4 (Mid-August) ill be hosting a test session with the Delorean. If you'd be interested in taking part in the test session, a signup will appear shortly.

Secondly, I've had a fair amount of feedback regarding running driver aids. So for season 2, I will be allowing drivers to run Manual gears and ABS off. However seeing as though this is a rookie-oriented series, drivers will have to opt in to a Pro-Am class to do so. If there's a suitable take-up to this, then it will be run.

Thirdly, Qualifying will continue in its current form. Grids will be randomly generated. If a second lobby is required, a one-lap Superpole will run to allocate lobby A or B, then the grids within lobbies will remain random.

Finally, I'm debating increasing the number of rounds to ten, continuing running on alternate Mondays. For this season I am considering splitting the two classes, running the Twingos one week with two sprint races, with the other class the following event with a longer race than currently.

Opinions would be greatly appreciated guys

Fantastic im right into this series its been awesome fun! ill be around season 2.  If ur delorean is as good as the evora or better i cant wait to give it a run.

Im all for this!!  Go Rookies ... BO Pro-Am, give them weight.

Im all for more rounds, maybe even every monday.. As for the splitting of cars, i rather like driving both on the same night, as for the run time per event. If it happens to be on time or early why not make it few laps longer.
