Silverstone 12 Hour Grid - Lobby Hosts Needed, PLEASE READ

As Qualifying now completed see below Grid we will be contacting teams to host next few hours and asking you to be available tonight so you know how to run lobbies.

If there are any teams in this list which feels they are able to host their lobby on behalf of all teams within their lobby, please do let us know by replying in this thread. We really encourage competent teams to put themselves forward as potential lobby hosts for the event, and who can be online tonight for a lobby host walkthrough.

Do remember!!
If there is no lobby host for a lobby, the lobby cannot be ran!

Yep we dont want to see lobbies not starting due to lack of hosts

I can host for my stints in lobby 3.

I can host Lobby B.

However Dub Soulja says he wouldn't be able to for his, IRT YT RICE I am not sure of but can ask him.

Need teams dude cant really jump around with hosts lol, LT updated have highligthed potential teams lobby 3 & 4 issues

M&M can host A

B lobby = MKR

This. Not certain if half my team can host

One thing we need to avoide is double stinting the host.

Fresh host each stint each lobby.

Also anyone who is double stinting, once given distance to the host if they could then leave and go to the next stint lobby that way the delays can be minimal.

Would need another team to do Stints 1 & 2 as i don't know if Schiwo can host lobbies,
Me and Mark can cover 3,4,5,6 no problems Would both double stint the hosting though.

Our Stint 4 racer 100% cannot host so I would be better to cover it

Stint 4 Chucky, I could do stint 1 as well but I have to go out for an hour during stint 2 so its a no no

Stint 3 I'm racing in.

I see the problem with the double stint and timing so heres another Idea

1-Newt
2-?
3-Newt (driving)
4-Mark
5- Mark/Newt (Mark Driving) I could set it up and he could still take distances etc if wants to
6-Mark (driving)

Only issue is if Mark wants time to warm up before racing?

I think if its clear who is hosting, there shouldn't be issues with different drivers from different teams hosting lobbies. We just need reliable people who knows the rules and will be there inviting on time, and knows what results to take down. Team hosting can help as it has consistancy, otherwise if we know who is hosting and it is clear on live timing then things should work out fine.

Live Timing will be updated soon, highlighting who has been nominated to host the stints.

Still need resources for Lobby D though guys!

Lobby 3 ( or C) is completely covered with hosts?

Sooo, would you want to find someone else to host either stint 2 or 3? Or I could just get the mileage ASAP then start new lobby for stint three?

Yea easy to use 1 team even if run over slightly awesome Mikey so your team can lobby D?

Lobby C should be for covered by Shrinking Steven team

I think so, Grizzle hosted at LeMans and the CT TEC, and Red Dirt hosted the MMTCC series most of the time as well as this season's TEC. And with our only double stint 2-3 (myself hosting), at least that leads into the midrace point... so that minimizes the snowball effect.

A - M&M lobby

B - MKR and others

C - Shrinking Stevens team

D - Mikey J Lobby
