I think the game is ready now. Online replays was the main thing, now we can submit SI's, Inability to gift is a hindrance, but can be tolerated. I hope it's in an update soon though.

Edit: 5 Layouts available (no reverse) Interestingly they have the layout that uses the Turn 10A & 10B Variants, as well as the regular track from FM4. As well as 3 small tracks (East, West & West - Alt)
