Watch the replay, pause, take photo, put on s/f, go to http://www.forzamotorsport.net/ , go to COMMUNITY -> gallery, download pics to PC, (use photo editing program if desired), upload to image hosting site.

Usually use photobucket but started an imgur account to put TORA photos in, just got to go back and do meeting 1 now.
