The UK Government are proposing to remove current restrictions on using public roads for the purposes of motorsport. If such a thing were to happen, it would radically change motorsport in the UK. Tarmac rallies and street races. Currently rallies use Forestry Commission roads, but this will give them much more freedom to operate.
Also makes it easier for, say, the BTCC to host street racing in the future. Get to it folks! Democracy!
