March 21, 2014 - Silverstone - International Circuit - 20 Laps
March 28, 2014 - Hockenhiemring - National Circuit - 15 Laps
April 4, 2014 - Mugello Circuit - Full Layout - 15 Laps
April 11, 2014 - Road America - 10 Laps
April 18, 2014 - Nurburgring GP - Short Circuit - 15 Laps
April 25, 2014 - Infineon Raceway - Long Course - 10 Laps
May 2, 2014 - Suzuka Raceway - Full Circuit - 10 Laps
May 9, 2014 - Road Atlanta - Full Circuit - 20 Laps
May 16, 2014 - Circuit De Barcelona-Catalunya - GP Layout - 10 Laps - Race was Shortened to a Time Certain Finish
May 23, 2014 - Maple Valley Raceway - Short Circuit - 35 Laps - Race length Extended to make up for Catalunya being Shortened
May 30, 2014 - Circuit De La Sarthe - 7 Laps
June 6, 2014 - Indianapolis Motor Speedway - Road Course - 13 Laps
June 13, 2014 - Winners Exhibition Race - Benchmark Layout C - 2 Segments 25 Lap Segment 1, 10 Lap Segment 2


There has been a change to the Schedule.  The Winners Showcase will now take place at Benchmark Layout C instead of Sunset because the Hyundai cannot keep up with the Nissan or the Lexus on the Superspeedway.  If I find that they cannot keep up on the Smaller Oval then another change will be made.

TORA Staff and myself reserve the right to change the schedule at any time.

Is that 12AM Friday // Saturday time ?

Midnight Saturday Morning (as in an hour after 11pm) GMT
7 EST (8 EDT) and
11 am Sydney time/10 pm Brisbane/8 am Perth time Saturday

Yeah! Perth time.  

The Series will always Start at 7pm EST US. Where the US is currently on Daylight savings time that means the other time zones not on the US Daylight Savings time schedule will race 1 hour prior to what is listed. Once everyone else is on Daylight Savings time then the original times will be what is run.

The clocks in the UK are now BST (British Summer Time) as we've "sprung" forward, they will "fall" back to GMT (Grenwich Mean* Time) in October. So if its 12midnight GMT, that means its 1am BST.

Is this right or does it need changing again?

Yes Jordon is right. The Series is always at 7pm EST in the US. Thus when the UK was on GMT it was 11pm GMT. Now that they have sprung forward to BST it is at 12am for British Drivers.

Sorry for the confusion in that. When I Made the schedule I was planning on a set US Time for the series considering I have a bad habit of doing that.

I will say if the next series crosses over into the next daylight savings time I will find out all the information I need on the time zone changes and adjust the schedule accordingly and also list the approtiate times. (Next Series should be V8SC Season 2)

So the end of the season is fast approaching.  There are only 4 Points paying races left.  So far only three different winners.  Eligabity for the Winners Showcase will be announced before the final points paying round at Indianapolis GP Circuit.

I can comfirm that there will be a wild card eligible driver.  Sort of like the fan vote in NASCAR's All Star weekend.  This Wild Card Entry will be a random number drawn based off the drivers points standings of those not eligible.

I can also comfirm that if I am not in the Winners Showcase either by Points, Win or Wild Card I will be driving the Pace Car for that event.

Wait, so we're still doing it by winners even though only three have one? A four car race might be pretty damn boring..

I for one can't do any benchmark track so count me out.

You can have someone sub for you so long as they are a race winner or are eligible for the event.

If they're a race winner, then why would they have to sub for me? They'd already be listed to race.

IDK, it was the first thought that popped into my head.

5 Laps will be added to he Maple Valley Round next week due to the shortening of the Catalunya Race.  (This was due to a long delay and other things going on at the same time.)
