when it comes to designing my car am i able to just paint it and only have sponsers and the specified tora things that are mandatory

Liveries can be anything you like as long as:

- Its not offensive
- It doesn't include any direct tobacco sponsorship
- It has sponsors
- It has the mandatory vinyls for the TORA window banner correct location.
- It includes your designated TORA Race Number.
