Description of Incident:

At turn 15 on lap 2, BR Bolland 95 is seen to initiate contact with other drivers. It has been determined by the stewards that BR Bolland 95 did gain a position due to the contact. Because of this, a 2 place position penalty has been issued.

It has also been determined that on pit entry on lap 2, Smithaldo cuts the track when entering pit lane. Because of this, a warning has been issued.
