PRO Endurance - Qualifying Submissions 14069969583_2815ef2458_o

1.For the F4H Pro Endurance Championship we will be trying a new qualifying procedure this will put your qualifying time entirely in your hands , for the first time we will be allowing drivers to qualify themselves with no ruling on what assists are used so if you feel like using the auto brake you can but do take note that on race days ABS and STM will be forced off and the CLUTCH will be enforced.

2.To qualify for each race you will have a set five day period to post your lap time in the relevant thread , as the races will be held on Saturday evenings you will have from Monday to Friday to post your times.

3.Posting your times , this is the important part as just writing your time is not acceptable you must provide a image/screen shot of your lap time showing the time if you are doing this from the in game screen you must change your view to in car to show the track ,car used and the car PI , this can be taken from the leaderboard or if not a personal best then image can be taken from the end of session screen once you are happy with your time. Alternatively to this you can email your image from your smartphone to Chrisupra@gmail.com

4.Once posted your time becomes official and can not be updated so: 1. Make sure you are happy with your time and, 2. Please do not edit your posts as they will be unclassified and will result in you starting at the back of the grid.

5,Non posting of times will be classed as a DNQ and you will start at the back of the lobby , if you do not have or wish to post your lap time to the forum you may qualify in a lobby with either a TORA or F4H rep whom will post the time for you.

6,Please note you must not qualify alone you must have at least one other person in the lobby with you and up to a full sixteen driver lobby , please provide all times are visible and the cars are in the correct position on track. You must declare which times and for which racers are being submitted. We will only take times declared in that post. Any edits to the post will render all times void. Do NOT edit your posts. Be very sure about your declared times..

Below we have the areas of the track in which you need to take the image. Note that you must be in the pause menu which shows your PI, location, Car and time. If your car is NOT in the location required then it will not be accepted.

Spa: Submit before May 16th Midnight EST

Here I have used bumper cam to show the name of the track on the screen. Please sit about 3-4 car lengths before the finish line to get this shot.We need to see that it is Spa

Road Atlanta:

Using 3rd person near we need to see the barrier that indicates this is the long version of the track.

Road America:

Using 3rd person near, you will park your car to the right on turn 3 that shows this to be the long version of the track. You must be parked just before the number '2' brake marker.

Long Beach:

Using 3rd person near, you will park - to the left - under the bridge after the start finish line on the long track. This indicates that you are not on either short versions of the track.

Le Mans la Sarthe:

Using 3rd person near, you will park at Mulsanne chicane #1 that indicates the appropriate track by having barriers as shown below.

Rule#6 added due to a loop hole found that could allow drivers to gain advantage qualifying alone.

What happens if your fastest lap was on the last lap? theres no way you can take the pic in the specified location and it would be unfair to discount it

If our fastest lap is our fastest time around that track in R class (for the BMW) can't we just take a picture (if its even needed) of the R class leaderboard?

I would accept those times Smithy.

MAB - best to not complete all laps in this case. Be sure that you take your picture on your last lap.

In test drive you can change your downforce at different parts of the track to gain an advantage. It's pretty petty but it only takes one guy to ruin it for everyone

If I set my time in Rivals, but have a faster time on the leaderboards, can I use the newer time? I can't exploit the tuning glitch in rivals, and can do as many laps as I wish.

You may. Anything on the boards is fine by us. You can also qualify in a lobby with drivatars. All it does is indicate to us that you did use a lobby to produce the time.

Would another easy way to do this by yourself be in Split Screen, so you can use the other controller to pull the other car off to the side and not have to worry about a drivatar dirtying your lap?

ahh that would make sense.  i've never used it, so completely forgot, lol.  no drafting with no collisions either?  (didnt know if it meant you couldnt HIT each other, or you don't "physically exist" to the other car)
