Requesting help with making a particular "mascot" Vinyl for forza 4 and 5

Howdy folks,

I'm not one to ask of much from everyone and I was going to wait until the right time for Forza 5, I figured "why the hell not".
Incase no one really knew, I lost all of my 360 saves including my vinyls and liveries for Forza 4 as of last week. I have been able to retrieve all but the main mascot for my privateer team "Reisen Racing".

Yeah, the anime girl with the purple hair and bunny ears. Originally, it was a request from someone I knew who no longer owns the game, let alone plays. The character goes by the name "Reisen Udongein Inaba"

So.. I was wondering if someone in the TORA community would like to make said vinyl for me for Forza 4, and if possible Forza 5.
The Forza 4 request would have to be done before July 7th, which is my evo vs sti event. The Forza 5 one if someone's interested, can be at any time.

I'm not looking for an exact copy of the images I have posted, just something similar in design.
