Re: Winners!
Yes sir just seems you would have to at least show up in order for it to count...smh
either way it was fun
ps... there is a mistake someplace in results...im 5th in drivers and 4th in privateer but there is no Porsche ahead of my in drivers points....hmmm could the rumors be true?

Re: Winners!
Congrats to all involved.
To clear the dropped round score, this was introduced as we could not expect everyone to race at every meeting due to real world life.

So..?
Out of the 8 rounds, your 7 best are counted. So his 7 best were better than yours. That's the way it goes. We've been doing this for years.
Well done Cowboy, James, and Dave!
Re: Winners!
Roscoe, Mad Dog subbed for Steven in the Haribo Porsche at Road Atlanta. Mad Dog didn't score driver points for Steven, but he did score Privateer points for Haribo Racing. Hopefully that clears that up.

Re: Winners!
Thanks everyone. I knew about the dropped round in the drivers championship but wasn't sure if that extended to the Privateer trophy too. To bring home the two is both a surprise and a delight.
I was always going to miss the Infineon round due to my shift pattern at work so just tried to be as consistent as possible in the previous rounds and maximise my points where possible.
The news that Deftone couldn't make the final race was a blessing, he had been by far the fastest and most consistent throughout the series, and I hope at least taking home a well deserved Teams Championship with Rainone is of some consolation.
I had done my sums after Motegi and knew coming into the final meeting that I had an 8 point cushion over James that had increased to 11 points after the sprint race. The Feature race was about staying out of trouble and being opportunistic to make up places where I could. For my position to have gone unnoticed was the icing on the cake really as I felt under absolutely no pressure going into the final round (even after what I felt was a poor qualifying session).
Congratulations to everyone who took part (both racing and behind the scenes) as without each and everyone one of you this series would not have been half as enjoyable as it has been.
Happy Beers all round.

Re: Winners!
Fantastic series by all involved. I'm elated with my team's 1st place loser's position (4th ) given this was only our second series on TORA. It's unfortunate Mr Driv3 had so much trouble with his internet, as he would have been a great benefit to our final score. This, however, is being resolved very soon, and we will be hitting Silverstone with full force.
Congrats to all the winners! Here's hoping I'll see you all on the track, and the streams, soon.
