This is in the VM variation, but the design will be identical.

The 2015 TORA IndyCar Series has, as of December 1st at midnight, officially opened for registration. While entries are slow to come in that is to be expected seeing how Round 1 at Long Beach doesn't kick off until mid-January. There has however been no less than (at the time of this post) 8 entries so far in total. So at 8 hours and 53 minutes after registration had officially opened the first entry came in the form of Privateer entry Rebel Whitey who gave Chevrolet the bragging rights of being the first engine tied to an entry.

A little over an hour later the first Team entry came in the likes of Xtreme Performance Racing confirming 4 drivers in the team and 1 Privateer, but once again Chevrolet has bragging rights for first team to be using their engines.

However, Honda has responded with their first Privateer entry in the likes of HCR Bellmond and a couple hours after that Kilroy8 (aslo a Privateer entry) posted his entry with the Honda.

Excitement is starting to build for 2015 making it seem like Christmas is coming early for some but with a lot of time from now and the season opener, expect more news of teams making the headlines.

Less than 10 days ago TORA IndyCar registration had opened and now has it's first dozen entries. While entries are slow to come in, series organizer Louis Satterlee is still very upbeat about the series and believes the entries will come. "We opened registration a month in a half in advance of the first round of the championship, naturally people are not in a big hurry to sign up but the number that have registered is more than i expected at this point already. I know of at least 4 entries who are testing and are encouraged by what they are doing we just have to hurry up and wait which excites me more and more every day."

While the entry is list is still dominated by Chevrolet entries, 1/3 of the entries are Honda with more still to come. Satterlee continued, "One of the entries I mentioned about earlier I know for a fact will be Honda, I don't know if it'll be a privateer or a team but I do hope it's a team to boost that engines numbers significantly. There are a couple guys out there testing both, which is encouraging but in the end it all comes down to preference and there is nothing wrong with that."

TORA IndyCar Series will be kicking off on January 16 for Round 1 races 1 & 2 around the Historic Long Beach street circuit set for 21 laps of action each with qualifying set to start at 8PM eastern time.

Man this thing is a pain to paint with all the glitches, but I'm pretty happy with the result. Looking forward to tomorrow night!

Just spent all day working on the livery/setup, and I only decided on a whim what sponsor to take this morning. Happily, I'm now all ready for tomorrow

With registration having just closed temporarily mere minutes ago. There was a large increase in last minute registers before tonight's Inaugural IndyCar Series race at Long Beach, Round 1 of the 2015 season. One of those last minute entries THO Shooter who finds himself in a bit of unfamiliar territory in this championship. "Im looking forward to this season in the IndyCar, I've never taken part in such an event to date and I will be giving it my all come the green flag." Says THO Shooter, "I do think it will be very tough for myself being out of my comfort zone with this car but we all have to learn some how."

Not setting his expectations high for qualifying due to a last minute deal coming together, the team is still giving it their all for tonight's race. "I dont hold great expectations toward qualifying as I only found out today that I'll be racing so I will have little time in the car before the get go, preparations are continuing as we speak."

Looking to do the best he can before the start of the event, is THO Shooter who will be in Lobby A for Qualifying 1 & 2 which will start at 8:00PM Eastern Time on January 16th.
