Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning the incident between #125 HCR Nova has been made.

It is the decision of the stewards that HCR Nova to serve a 5 place penalty for Jump Start

Major (Level 3+)
- When the non-powered wheels move above 0.133secs before the green light

Also a warning for illegal livery

Minor (Level 2)
- If a competitor's vehicle is found to been running incorrect TORA sanctioned decals (numberbox, window banner etc)
