It's an aesthetic concept. Mind you, curved wings aren't exactly fiction.

Re: 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship
With all this talk of red bull leaving has got me thinking, will Verstappen be part of the Ferrari deal?
Its clear that 2016 is Raikkonen's last year, so maybe Red Bull will let Ferrari have Verstappen for 2017 in return for top spec engines.

Re: 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship
Nothing is ever clear in F1! Everyone had the Iceman out and Bottas in next year at Ferrari. Surprise, surprise. Besides, as I understand it right now, Red Bull is not leaving, they are ending their partnership with Renault. They will only be leaving if they don't get a suitable engine replacement (translation, Ferrari, as Mercedes has already said no). If they do continue I would think they will keep Verstappen, possibly moving him up to the main team replacing Kvyat.

I keep hearing that RBR is to be sold, to a auto manufacturer, but the RedBull brand will stay on as main sponsor.

how is that clear? Can you give me the source in which stands that Räikkönen won't race in 2017? All I know that he got a contract for next year but I didn't hear anything about retiring next year. All I know he will retire with Ferrari. If we assume that next year will be a great year for him what stops Ferrari giving him a new contract?

Is 2015 Button's last year?
http://www.skysports.com/f1/news/24180/10004888/jenson-button-hints-at-2016-stay-by-saying-decision-will-be-mutual
Or possibly Alonso's last year at Maclaren?

Re: 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship
McLaren-Honda has been a total farce this year. I think I heard Eric Boullier say that only now, all running up until the Japanese GP, had McLaren reached the mileage achieved by Mercedes before the Australian GP!
The real lack of any testing in F1 these days, combined with the restriction on engine development and usage, has created a situation where manufacturers have one chance to get it right. So far Honda have totally screwed it up, and Renault aren't far behind too.
It's hard to tell if Honda are pushing the development of the car forward or not, and both drivers have every right to make some noise about it. When was the last time we had two world champion drivers on these kinds of salaries running at the back of the field?

Re: 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship
Woooooooooooo!!!!! World Champions!! Back to back!! What a day it has been. To the lows of Nico dropping out to the highs of Raikonnens 'incident'. Been one heck of a day. Enjoyed a couple of drinks with some of the boys and girls down the pub. Tomorrow I don't think I'm going to be doing much work.
