I would like to start my first TORA series here, any word yet on times/dates of races yet? Also, any livery regulations?

As far as livery req's, yes.

The standard rules apply:

No Offensive content, No Tobacco sponsors, no Adult themes.

Must have series numberboxes (Available soon)

OP, the Mk3 GTI VR6 is in VAG A class, but it does not have a race cage available. Sport is as high as it goes

It will be Tuesdays at 8PM GMT (US: 3PM Eastern/12N Pacific)

As far as the Golf not having a race cage, that is one of few exceptions to the rules and will be covered when the season starts.
