I thought I'd start this. Well, here's why.

My friend once told me "I am too much of a fan of the Yankee powerhouses."

Now, I decided to dwell on this statement. At first I thought he was talking a whole load of bull.

Then I really thought about it...

Perhaps that is not as insane as it sounds.

I revisited my Gran Turismo and Forza garages and reviewed my cars. Sure enough, I found a whole bunch of American muscle cars from the 60's right up to now.

Some of the cars in that list in both games included:
1967 Shelby GT350R
1969 Dodge Charger R/T
1970 Dodge Challenger R/T
2008 Challenger SRT8
2005 Dodge Charger
1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
1968 Ford Mustang Boss 302
2013 SRT Viper GTS
2000 Dodge Viper GTS-R
2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
1966 Shelby Cobra A/C.

Well, turns out my mate might just have hit the nail on that one...

What about you guys? Have you got any secret interests of cars that have really touched your heart?

I grew up riding in the back seat of a Mustang and my best friend's dad had a 911 Carrera... maybe that would explain two of my all time favorites.

But I cannot explain my Wankel fetish. Love me some Mazda Zoom Zoom.
