MSA TORA US Superstock Challenge - Drop-Round.

Due to a nights worth of hectic and unstable internet connection, with some being kicked after starting, unable to join, or unable to even reach FM5 Multiplayer for Round 2 of TSTK, there will be an amendment to the rules allowing for one drop round out of the 5 regular season, NON-endurance races. This will apply to not only championship standings, but also the minimum participation requirements for the Pcars raffle.

If anyone takes issue with this, please let me know. It's a move I believe to help everybody and hurt no one. But at the end of the day, it is a mid-series amendment, so please, massage me if you feel put off.

I don't plan to miss any events, but I think it's a good idea anyway. I hate to see someone eliminated from contention because of a wonky connection for one night or their mom was in a car accident an hour ago. We're just racing for fun, anyway.

Looks like my drop will be road Atlanta or road America.... 50/50 either way...
