Well the post says exactly what's on the tin really, i wanna join a team that has a good leader at head, filled with a bunch of lads that know what they are doing, love racing, are easy to get along with.

James there is a couple of Teams Such as LMP Motorsport, Benedict Racing for example that are really well managed and have good people inside of the team
