TCR European IndyCar: Build Rules / Decal Placement

Build rules: The front wing, Rear bumper and rear wing can be changed from stock to race if the driver pleases to do so and this can be changed for each race he/she enters.

Setup: The setup of the car is completely open for the driver to alter for each circuit.

Decal placement: The number of the driver must be placed within the hood/bonnet of the car (to find the hood, go to paint and change the colour of the hood/bonnet to see where it must be placed. The number must be at a size of 0.25 exactly. The sponsor that you select for your team must be shown on the car and is large and visible enough that it can be made out clearly when racing, the choice of where it must be placed is down to you. So long as it is clearly visible, then it is fine.

Car list and PI etc?

i think the PI is stock as you get it, but options to add Wings not sure if it stays same PI though

Wings don't change anything but which IndyCars are allowed?

is this tuned? I only ask as altering the wings means you cant lock the lobby to stock parts
