Please alter the vinyls before the next race otherwise further penalties may occur.

NOTE - Those registered with TBC/TBA cars etc will not be permitted to race until they have finalised their registration details.

tbh Stan this should of gone through the Correct Stewarding Procedure and also a warning should of been PM'ed not put in the Livery Thread, People dont check everything on the Forum, so PM is the best way, therefore i believe they both should be given a Warning on this, or the Warning should of been put in the other Sign in Threads, also after reading through the Livery Thread and Media Thread, you did not announce a Warning to PLOW Tubbi Or Skodaboie, so these 2/5 Penalty Drops should change 2 Warnings otherwise it is unfair.

and another thing Since when have Penalties been handed out by Staff Members willy nilly?, this will be the 3rd time Staff have taken Things into there own hands when there are Stewards in place to do the job, if you dont feel comfortable with the Stewards in place, please make it known otherwise your just showing Distrust in the Stewards that have been picked in order 2 keep things like this from Happening.

Stewards have been primarily involved for on-track incidents. If someone had, for example, put offencive images on their car, there's no need for Stewards to be involved. But his can go through the stewarding process if that's what is deemed appropriate.

These will be reviewed later. Other drivers may also be added to this.

still i feel a Warning is the very most that should be done, if Reoccuring then carry out them Penalties, but this should of been picked up on after the first meeting.

If no SI is submitted there's nothing that can be done about it.

The liveries on all drivers are currently being reviewed by the Stewarding team

But everyone had a warning already, the 5th line in bold of the MSA TORA Maximum Group VAG Trophy - Livery Rules thread states "Failure to correctly follow these rules will result in a penalty".

Livery Rules are under the Stewards Procedure and now Stan has left it to us Stewards to sort out, and it also says in Stewards Rule Book "Incorrect Racing liveries - Warning" Reoccuring then Place Penalties happen. im only going by the book.
