All cars meet weight requirements after mandatory upgrades. The RS200 is the only car that meets power requirements without modification. The BMW 2002, Ford RS500, Nissan Silvia S15, and Nissan 370Z require AWD conversions. While the RS200 may not have a roll cage option in-game, it may come pre-equipped with one.

Once you have added the mandatory upgrades you may add any other upgrades to meet the PI and Power so long as the car retains those mandatory upgrades
