I'm a little confused. In the first 3 races are both drivers in a team on track at the same time? and then for bathurst its split into 2 stints of 1 hour each?

Basically a team with two drivers will run a car each from rounds 1-9. For round 10 they share one car doing 1 stint each.

What are the rules for liveries? Can 2 drivers from the same team have different liveries or do they have to be the same?

You can always race as a single car team. That option is open for all series.
