Since moving over to TORA from Virtual Motorsports last year, EZT members have been working hard to work their way through the ranks, learn the format of the events, and just getting to know their fellow races here in the community better. To date the team feels they have made significant progress on all fronts!

Racing under the Jack Rabbit Racing banner, teammates EZT Mako and EZT Coot, affectionately known as the dynamic duo in the team garage, have been partners for nearly two years now, running in a variety of events. Competing in the TORAus series they have had a string of successes, capturing a second and two third place team podiums in the last three events. Teammates EZT Neo and EZT Tomcat, together as Alpha and Omega Racing, also captured a second place ribbon in the most recent event, making four podium appearances in three events for the team.

Looking to build on the momentum, EZT has signed up in force in the Spec Miata cup, beginning this week. With Coot unable to run the full schedule, Mako has moved down the paddock to team up with veteran drivers Neo and Tomcat, running under the ASUS Racing colors. Not to be kept completely out of competition, Coot has accepted a third driver position on a team headed up by Flying MikeyJ, a long time friend of EZT.

While looking to continue their recent success, the team knows that another podium is not a given. With veteran drivers like Mikey, Windcharger, and BigBen on the grid, they know that the competition will be fierce, and the standings will probably be decided at the last race. They look forward to the challenge and plan on making these guys earn every position!
