WIX Racing TCC - Race Sign IN Form / Live Timing

Please fill in the below form to sign in. This will be the same doc every week and will automatically open a week before the event and stop accepting entries at 18:00 GMT race day.

Make sure you enter the correct TORA Driver number, if you fill it in incorrectly you will not show as signed in and WILL be missed

Options are as below
IN - You will be in for quali and race
Maybe - You will try to turn up for the race and quali
OUT - You are not racing
RO - Race Only, you cannot possibly make it in time for quali but will still make the race (you will start behind everyone in the last lobby)

If you need to change your option simply just sign in again and it will overwrite your previous choices.

If you sign in but miss quali, we reserve the right to deny you entry to race 1 depending on the driver count and how the lobbies will be split

My gamertag needs updating on the number thread as it shows my old gamertag in this list

Sign in's for Round 4 will open on the 29th Dec and will be open until 5th Jan at 18:00 as stated in my original post (now marked red and bold). This is done with a script meaning it will be closed at exactly 18:00, no earlier or later.

Please also fully read my original post, I've added a little more regarding signing in then missing quali.

Last night there were a fair few people trying to sign in after this had closed which is an annoyance to the hosts and everyone else who's racing as this holds everyone up who signed in on time.

From now on there will be no exceptions, if you can't sign in on time, you don't race. If someone else was supposed to sign you in but forgot, that's still not our fault.

This may sound harsh but think of it this way, if you turned up to an actual race track late, all cars are already setting up on the grid ready to run, do you think they'd let you race? Or do you think it would be fair to all those who did sign in and turn up on time to wait around for you?

You have a whole week to sign in which is way more than enough time to sign in.

If anyone thinks this is unfair or would like to amend anything please let me know before the 29th. Once the sign in's are open there will be no changes made to this process
