More Spec Miata?

Seeing as at least some of us are enjoying the close racing this series is providing, I am asking the TORA US Spec Miata participants their thoughts in extending this series an extra round or two.

Voting is great, and I could start a poll... but I'd rather see who approves or objects for myself. Not that I'd hold any objections against you, as much as "if any competitor in championship contention objects, extra round(s) will not be added".

Circuits to be added...

Round 7. Sebring Full
Round 8. Road Atlanta Full

Edit... no extra rounds will be added to the series itself, but there is a great chance that this incarnation of Spec Miata will see some action in a TCR event real soon

Balmier... if there is sufficient interest, I may add a couple non-points rounds to the end of this.

Or maybe a weekend day later in November. Some 4-6 races on different circuits. Could be big?

I'm not interested. I love the series, but I am involved with others after the current schedule.

May do a TCR one-off day of it.

I love the racing. But we all have to move on to Forza 6 at some point.

Somewhat true. But, what about those who cannot afford to move on or are unable, due to peripheral compatibility issues, to move on?

It's about $800 For the XBOX ONE and a good Wheel.
We'll see in Janurary, if it is possible.

Keep in mind what I stated elsewhere. MS is scheduled to end all support for the 360 in 2016. I believe that includes shutting down the servers. Those that do not upgrade will be left behind. You'll still be able to play your games, just not online, like the original xbox.

I saw that posted a few times, and went Googling for info, and the "official" posts by MS were back in 2013. There are things getting shut down, for sure, such as "XB360 Indie Games", but I read that bit was getting shuttered at the end of May. That bit was in a recent MS notice a couple weeks back. I see that as reassurance that the 360 servers aren't getting shut down until at least June 1... and likely will be up at least a few months after that date.

I'd be in. Would love to move on to Forza 6. Like Tom Cat mentioned. New console new wheel.😖 Until then let's ride that pony until it runs out of steam.
