Re-introduction (who's still here?)

Hi folks. Probably time to reintroduce myself to the boards.

Will be getting on to that XB1 next week and I'm up for a bit of racing . Hopefully there's plenty of folks from the good ole days still on here for the occasional bit of online action, and I may even join in with some of the fantastic leagues I see on here! It's hard to believe I joined these boards nearly eight years ago.

I can assure you I'm less of a loud mouthed gobsh*te nowadays.

Aloha nicky! Still here.

2 years or so ago, I basically fell out with the Xbox brand as a whole. As you can tell from my rant, I was so furious with how the Xbox One came about, along with Forza 5, that I basically told everyone here they can take their console and shove it. Then last year, I had a strictly personal issue with my mum (won't get into details, but let's say we don't talk to each other any more). Now since then, I've been sitting around, playing games other than Forza (Serious Sam, Counter Strike and Hotline Miami to name a few), but the thing is... Ol' Bodacious Benny got tired of sitting around on his arse all day. Now I'm torn between my new games, and my first love.

Why am I planning to come back to Forza? Simple. I've a genuine lust for racing.

Aye, couldn't sit around and not get involved. I'm too lazy and unwilling to become one of those PC sim nerds to get my fix that way (as much as a do appreciate all that stuff - and I could still spend hours on GPL), and Forza 6 has far too many good cars and tracks to pass up. Plus there's pCARS there, and then there's Assetto Corsa and Dirt Rally on the horizon too.

I generally find the single player stuff a bit disinteresting, so it'd be nice to build up a network of fellow racers again for casual hook ups
