Currently not yet, but I am hearing that people are having trouble signing in to Xbox Live.

I had to restart my Xbox four times to be able to get into a XBL Party.

may have been when lagout data was added, fails until I modify the total miles as there isn't a formula for DNF's.

#497 MMOW-Samsung Galaxy
Driver #497 (TSR Noodle) will be replacing driver #324 (Hakumai CJD) for stint 6.
This means I will have to double stint, however, Matt has allowed this as no other drivers are available and we are currently not too far behind schedule. If we are quick I will be around 15 to 20 minutes behind.
