Race Tech TORA Endurance Championship 2016 Dates

Here's the 2016 TEC calendar.

23rd of January - Daytona 24H

5th of March - Sebring 12H

23rd of April - Watkins Glen 12H

11th of June - Le Mans 24H

6th of August - Bathurst 12H

10th of September - Spa 12H

22nd of October - Silverstone 12H

3rd of December - Nurburgring 24H

Isn't the 22nd a Friday though? So Monza is on a Friday???

Yep checked it on the launch video, that's what it says. I should think it'll be on the Saturday though? Would anyone care to clarify this date for us please?

If possible i was wandering if I could race Le Mans on June 11th as a 56th Garage entry? I want to do the full 24hrs solo in the Porsche 919 Hybrid or any car you deem viable. I want to do a possible charity stream(not sure if i will be able to depending on weather) so it will not be for points or any bragging right just for fun. Hope to hear back soon.

Unfortunately due to the nature of online racing even if we wanted to let you it wouldn't actually work. There is always the potential of connection issues which cause delays so for some stint changes, there will be no double stinting, therefore you wouldn't be able to compete in all stints because for example stint 7 may start before stint 6 has finished.

I would suggest that you find a second driver to run the stints which you aren't able to double stint accross, that way you will be able to run as many as possible, racing for a full 24 though is just insane, just staying awake for 24 hours does bad things to your body lol

it's been pointed out that Bathurst clashes with the Spa 24 so it's been decided to push Bathurst back by a week, this will now run on august 6th. calendar above has been updated.

That still.clashes with outher race's at road America , we have like 4-5 going hopefully you can find a new date for it

Can I get some sort of a answer,or something, I understand your busy. But kinda want to know if I have to sell tickets or not, or something else

probably won't be able to change it again to be honest, I wouldn't have moved it due to a clash but considering it was a clash between the series it's kind of replicating it made sense to move it.

Not sure why they put it on that date to start with to be honest, they mustn't have checked it properly.

Appreciate this TJ but it cant be 1 rule for 1 and for others!! If it cant be moved from this date then it should go back to the original date IMO

It doesn't matter what date it is, there will be those who can make it, and those who can't. For instance, the old date coincided with Pride weekend in parts of the UK, and I know a few people who were not able to race that now can.

IDK, but since dates have already been shifted for this and IndyCar, I doubt it'll change again.

I know this mate, however if you can move it for one and not the other then its unfair.

FYI moving it back to the original date rules myself out, this isnt going to benefit me at all
