There has been a change to the Rules & Regulations regarding Qualifying procedure. The changes are italicized:

The race meeting will start with a 15min qualifying session that will determine what lobby you will race in, with the fastest time being pole in Lobby A. The only exception to this will be between myself (TechnologicMau5) and Mr Driv3 who are designate hosts. The fastest of the hosts will host Lobby A, and the other will host Lobby B. Once you are in your race lobby, your qualifying time will be discarded, and there will be another 20min qualifying session to set the grid. This will lead into a 15min Warmup session where drivers are free to continue tuning, setup pit strategies for the race, practice, or simply take a break. All drivers must be present & ready at the end of this session as it leads directly into the race.

This change will add ~10min to the meeting time.
