Re: Round 4: Monza
well. I tuned in on twitch to watch the second race tonight. And the lobby rules were not applied correctly. ABS was allowed and was USED by hunty. Since the view was restricted to him, I have no idea if anyone else got away with using it as well.
I didn't see any mention of the rule being relaxed in any thread

Re: Round 4: Monza
If that was the case then i missed that setting which im suprised as mine is always turned off in my own personal settings maybe thats why my breaking was crap in race 2

Re: Round 4: Monza
well that's what I don't get Andy. WHY did you even have it set in your personal settings. Everyone I know has them all off cos they're not usually allowed at all (and why would you test/tune with ABS on if you're going to race with it off) It made me think more into you setting the others correctly but actually changing the ABS one to ABS ON as allowed. It also makes me think how many other "accidents" might have happened previously
Re: Round 4: Monza
TCS is allowed, also Scalextech you might be annoyed but there are more series and other websites are ran than just this that allow people to run assist such as TEC which does, so if he is testing for a different series and he runs them assists he is going to have them in his personal settings
Not everyone can drive perfectly and without assist the some people can so can we please not have a go at what assists people run

Re: Round 4: Monza
yeah I know TCS is allowed in this but this isn't about TCS. Wasn't aware of any series that allowed ABS. And I'm not having a go at him (or anyone else) for 'needing' them. I was asking why he had them enabled as well as allowed in the lobby. One, I could buy as a mistake. Just makes me wonder

I rarely make a mistake as for needing abs i have never and will never use it.
Its turned OFF in my own personal settings so when i test then i aint using it so dunno why it was on if i had noticed then i would have pulled the lobby back and restarted.

Re: Round 4: Monza
yup. I know Adam jumped to your defense, but you'd already said "it's always off" so it really doesn't make sense
Re: Round 4: Monza
