TORA will allow drivers to use iRacing basic paints (as long as sponsors and design/colors don't clash with another team), Use a http://www.tradingpaints.com design (again no clashes please), Or use your own design if you wish.

All cars from the same team must be designed the same.

There should not be any offensive images or wording on the design such as swearing, explicit images etc

Will you guys have a paint pack that goes out? Would prefer to avoid the iracing Contigs layer is all.

No to the paint pack. But that layer can be deleted and the paint be uploaded via Trading Paints I believe
