Is there an expected time for each weeks finish, I'm interested in joining but I'm worried that it's gonna mess with my sleep schedule before college

Yeah, qualifying should start at 8 and take 15 mins to do, then another 15 mins to sort out who is in which lobby, (shouldn't take that long though tbh) if there is more than one and then 45 mins of racing. Usually events of this type are, like nightmare says, about 1h:30 - 2h so a half 9 or 10 finish will be par.
