GT Winter Series

Overview
To keep you occupied  over the winter we have a came up with a new championship using the latest BOP calculations. We are hoping for a wide variety of cars and we would hope that you can entice everyone you know to join us on this new adventure. If all goes well we will be revealing our BOP to the staff to assist them in future championship.

When
All race meetings will start at 7:30pm GMT and will consist of

• 20mins quali
  
• 30mins race (Grid based off Quali)
  
• 1hr race (Grid set of Race 1 Results).
  
• The final round will be a 2.5 hr race with the grid set by championship positions.
  

Round 1 - 4th January - Long Beach Full
Round 2 - 11th January - Brands GP (Wet/Dry)
Round 3 - 18th January - Spa (Dry)
Round 4 - 25th January - Bathurst
Round 5 - 8th February - Yas Marina Full (Night)

Points will be:
Race 1 - 25, 22, 20, 19.......1 then every other driver will get 0.5 points if they finish
Race 2 - 50, 44, 40, 38.......2 then every other driver will get 1 point if they finish 0.5 points if they DNF
The final round will be the same as Race 2

Only 2 drivers per team

4 championships are up for grabs:
Drivers - Based on total points
Manufactures - Based on top 3 cars of the manufactures team in each race
Customers - Based on total points scored by drivers in the customer team
Rookie - Based on total points scored by a driver who has never raced on TORA before

Cars
No car changes allowed
Any super or sportscar is allowed as long as its road legal before the build. They are to be built on power to weight as per this calculator (type you weight/power into the white box to get you result) all mods are up to you except:
- Full Forza aero
- Race Tyres
- Race Rollcage
The build can be altered by the manufacturer anytime during the season, and must offer any alterations to the customer though its not compulsory they run the new build

All cars will be 'owned by a team' For example:
Team X built an Audi TT, they are now the only team allowed to build that car, though another team may run the same spec car as a customer. The manufacturer must also be willing to share their tunes with the customer. Team X can not say no to anyone wanting to be a customer.
