Description by LMP Grizz: Heading into the braking zone of the back stretch, AnonCaliga slammed into the back of me just as I was about to turn in, causing me to sustain enough damage to force me to make a pit stop.

Description by XRS RoberAstur: FIA LMC Alflo does not respect my line when he leaves the pits. I could not avoid the hit, I had damage and I lost 2 positions in this incident.
If he did not maneuver to the left to avoid the blow, it would have ruined his career.

Stewards Decision: XRS RoberAstur: Warning. RoberAstur had enough time to react even if Alflo was going a bit slower from pit exit. Instead, RoberAstur continued to where he wanted to brake rather than where the situation required him to. He was deemed to cause the collision but Alflo didn't seem majorly impeded so a warning was issued.

Description by Jack Coffey: Derovin makes a clean pass on mercy and in the Carousel Completely chops my nose almost spying men out, drove like I wasn't even there causing me to lose 2 positions. then not 20 seconds later Alfo makes an attempted pass on the inside, I give more than enough room, even track off the track and like his teammate, drives like there isn't anybody else on track and hits me in the rear putting me into the wall. causing me to lose over 2000 feet and even more positions.

FIA Derovin: Warning. Derovin contests track position with Jack Coffey and contact is made. Derovin pushes Jack off to complete the pass. Not the best overtake. Warning suffices.
FIA LMC ALFL0: -3 Position Penalty. ALFL0 had no reason to be accelerating into Jack Coffey on exit and causing contact twice; the latter hit catalysing Jack's spin off track.

Penalty to be applied by Series Coordinator.

Description by AdamWatson99: Came out of slow tight corners. I was behind No Mercy and seen that hamish was coming up so i moved over that Hamish could get passed me clean and see that no mercy was in front. Going towards the esses. Contact was made and everything in the clip happened

Stewards Decision: ACG NO MERCY: -3 Position Penalty. After a careful deliberation and dissection of the clip, the stewards determined that No Mercy turned and clipped Hamish causing the latter to suffer a very large crash. We agreed that the incident was definitely avoidable, however we have no reason to believe that No Mercy was malicious in any way.

Description by DeductiveRain80: I honestly am not concerned about the incident involving the prototype or second place Corvette on the final lap. I heard in the party from “some evil dude” claim that echo cost him the race so I figured I’d send the clip in for review.

Stewards Decision: Some Evil Dude: Race Disqualification + Petit Le Mans Ban.

At about 2h20:30 onwards is SED's view of the incident provided which is horrible. He negligently drives into echovelocity's vector when he knows echo is there. Then hits DeductiveRain in the last corner. After that, he then rams echovelocity at full speed and intentionally, as the stream doesn't lie.

The race is not over; the drivers are still under orders. The instruction is to line up strictly single file in order so the lobby host can take the results. A race disqualification for the intentional ram is an automatic sanction.

However, including the other incidents and particular vulgarities, moreover including another incident where he causes an incident with HCR Cerberus at 42:00 on the stream, staff including the Series Coordinator agreed to suspend him from Petit Le Mans.

Echovelocity did not cause SED to lose the lobby victory. SED caused SED to lose the lobby victory, and all points gained in this round, and the ability to partake in Petit Le Mans.

Given the severity of the sanctions, we advise he doesn't publicly dissent or abuse staff or anyone else, which may lead to a longer ban than the week he already received before for doing such actions. Instead, any questions can be asked privately in a civil manner. It goes without saying that any further poor behaviour both on track or off track will be dealt with strongly.

BIGBEN0913: -10000ft penalty

The stewards found that Ben was culpable, making an ambitious move that came across No Mercy and caused the chain of events that ensued. Some thought that maybe No Mercy could have done a bit more, as he did flinch, but ultimately Ben went for a move that was risky and caused the damage.

No Mercy, can you please check that you're filing against the right person. Not only does it not waste our time but also a bit of care may spare you from memes, turds in the mail or whatever. And I hope you know how the process works now.
