Challenge Endurance Series

Challenge Endurance Series
Over at Challenge, we like to come up with series. We're a bit more laid back than other organisers, and we encourage entries from drivers of all skill levels. We only run one lobby, which means a maximum of 24 drivers per race, and we don't bother with qualifying, instead having the grid ordered by reverse season standings. We're just a bunch of folks that like to have a bit of a laugh in chat while we race, so if that isn't your thing, you probably won't enjoy it. But if you do want to race in a relaxed, yet competitive atmosphere and just have fun, then we might just be the place for you!
Series Details[/b]
CES is Challenge Online's latest series, heavily inspired by VLN, the Pirelli World Challenge and other multiclass endurance series around the world
The season consists of 6 x 60 minute endurance races at tracks around the world. One week before the season starts on April 2nd, we will have an unscored shakedown round where drivers can enter without confirming their sign up to test their car choice.
These races are set up as Timed Races in Forza, and so finishing positions will be taken from the last time across the line.
Drivers are split into GT3, GT4 and TCR classification dependent on car choice.
Damage will be set to simulation, and cars will be required to make at least one pit stop per race.
Scoring and Championships
In CES there are 4 championships contested throughout the season, these are;
Drivers Championship (Overall) - All of the drivers pitted against each other based on points
Drivers Championship (GT3) - The GT3 class entries pitted against each other on points
Drivers Championship (GT4) - The GT4 class entries pitted against each other on points
Drivers Championship (TCR) - The TCR class entries pitted against each other on points
Calendar
Races take place on Sunday, with lobbies opening at 9PM British Summer Time and the races starting ideally at 9:15, to give people enough time to finish watching a popular British motoring show.
02/04/2017 - Spa Francorchamps
09/04/2017 - Nurburgring Nordschleife (Cosmetic Damage will be active for this race, 1 pit stop minimum is in place)
16/04/2017 - Circuit of the Americas Grand Prix Circuit
23/04/2017 - Mount Panorama
30/04/2017 - Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit
07/05/2017 - Yas Marina Grand Prix Circuit
