Description by HCR Espeon: I was battling FIA Marquez and run slighty into the gravel at the schumacher S slowing my run off the turn, MiniSolid is then trying to lap us but follows me to the very right of the track and I slightly jinked left, thinking he was gonna stay right and hit my rear endof, but instead he moves to the left far too late and spins my car anyway

Stewards Decision: Racing Incident. We don't find MiniSolid culpable due to Espeon's jink. The stewards didn't agree that Mini was going to try to find a gap out of nowhere on the right but acknowledged that him being on the right rather than pressing down the middle did not help either.

Description by Windcharger8199: One the first time for HCR Noodle Lapping me, Instead of being patient and waiting till after the bus stop he pushed the issue and doored me to get buy me. Later on in the race towards 49-55 Miles after the hairpin he pushes the issue again making more contact with my car instead of being patient.

I was driving cockpit view the entire race until the timer expired, the video linked above is my live stream of the race. I knew he was behind me both times but fully expected him to be reasonable and wait because that is what I would of done, instead he pushed the issue almost wrecking me twice and him once.

Stewards Decision: No action. Indeed lag did seem to play a part but in accounts from parties involved, there was also a controller disconnect issue. So quite a bizarre Racing Incident with unfortunate damage.

Edit: also meme factor for describing one of the parties involved. But the experts in the office immediately identified who it was.

Stewards Decision: AMS Vanquish: -7500 ft penalty. The stewards saw two items, the first in the SI and another clip sourced from Jack Coffey's feed, here http://xboxclips.com/Jack+Coffey/25e9bebb-4294-4be9-a02c-650370366b97

The stewards agreed there were two very illegal overtakes and agreed to administer a penalty that equates to a little more than a drive through penalty.

However, the stewards dismissed the minor contact. We advise against wasting time and prosecuting on tiny pieces of contact and other more minor things already settled before and dismissed.
