New Head Steward

Greetings all,

I would like to finally formally introduce myself to all as the new head steward on TORA. I have served in staff for almost a year now, and after a cabinet reshuffle, here I am today.

Stewarding is a critical operation here on TORA. We need to be fair but firm and make sure all rules are followed, whilst also making sure we come to fair decisions when things don't go right.

What you should expect from us:

- More active and proactive decision making.
- Higher efficiency and punctuality.
- More reliability and communication.

Moreover, the stewards will have more power to act upon incidents witnessed or heard in the races. With replays, game clips and streams becoming commonplace, I hope this is deterrent enough against bad behaviour, and that it encourages victims of incidents that feel they've been wronged to submit an SI for the team to dissect.

I submitted an application to hunty81 to become a steward and still haven't heard anything apart from it will be looked at? .....is that something you would be dealing with now?
