Do you not think HCCR is a little too similar to HCR? I appreciate it has a different meaning but that doesn't change the fact. I don't know who your team leader is but you're posting about this series so I'll assume it's you.

When starting your team, did no one even slightly think, hmm this HCCR is very similar to HCR, the well established and successful team that's been around for 5 years, maybe we should show a bit of mutual respect and decide on something different as our team name so we can avoid confusion.

On the flipside, perhaps the confusion is intended as a way gaining some attention being a new team, gaining some team members or for any other half arsed reason that doesn't make sense to anyone other than yourselves.

Either way it shows bad form, a clear lack of mutual respect and thought, especially seeing how you've been a member of TORA since 2016, I'm gonna have a wild stab in the dark guess and assume you had heard of HCR before creating your team. After all, a few of HCR are actually TORA staff members, nevermind the 30+ strong team we have and numerous race and championship victories

Anyhow, this is not an attempt by me to get you to change your team name, after all the gamertag changes cost money and money is hard to come by these days. It's more of an attempt to point out stupidity, lack of thought and lack of respect despite your best intentions to emulate (or not) HCR.

so now I have had time to read this yes I did think about the name and no I meant no disrespect and had there been an issue with MY team name there should have been something said back in MARCH when I started the team so NO I will NOT change MY team name it has a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MEANING and I haven't had 1 time with ANYONE until now about there being an issue so just because you think MY team is showing disrespect towards you and your team just know it was NOT THE INTENT

Hmm, this name sounds good, though the abbreviation seems familiar... Nah, it's one letter off, that makes it entirely different! There's no way anyone would think it's weird or anything (people do), or that anyone could confuse drivers and teams during a broadcast (it's already happened)!

Where could we see on this forum you created a new team? I can't find any team news section for HCCR nor any request from you to make 1 here: http://forums.theonlineracingassociation.com/t5424p275-request-a-blog-for-your-team-here last post there is from you to make 1 for Demonic Rebels Racing. Only a username request change.
So you decided on the beggining of this year to change to HCCR. Made it final on the beginning of March this year. That's like 99.300 minutes from now. That's not that long ago.
I'm sure you can find it somewhere to reconsider your team name and be a good sport.

Not being funny Bellmond but you speaking like that shows that your the one being silly. Putting other teams down just shows how much respect you have for other teams which as loads of people have respect for you and HCR. You should show some back whether or not you think its right. If HCCR has a different meaning so what. Just leave it. Its not Copying your name but copying, HCR Using the same Livery and Sponsers that are being used in the Carrera cup series when other teams have them first..

To be fair, every single team that competes on TORA or anywhere else would be pissed off when a team gets created out of thin air and has pretty much the same abbreviation as their own team.

HCR has always had a bit of stick from other teams anyway and maybe this is the perfect situation so others feel the need to chime in? #NoRespect etc etc.

"Not to nitpick" but in the light of e-sports and overall recognition, this is just ridiculous and everyone single one of you know it, but won't call it out directly. It just goes to show the self centred attitude that many on Forza/TORA carry around with them.

Yes, Ok, The abbreviations are "nearly" the same. They though are abbreviations and don't mean anything. Now the actual names off the two teams are completely different.

This argument could go straight towards you guys for running the exact same sponsor as us. Been asked nicely to change as we were the first team to register with it and out of "RESPECT" ( which you are saying there is none from anyone ) you could change. All we got in return was "NO RESPECT" and smiley faces and "I'm good ta". That isn't respectful.

You are wanting respect from everyone BUT are not willing to return it. You've got to give to get.

Draw a line under all this now and move on. No more off this
