NATCC Carlist and Build Rules
All drivers must adhere to the car rules or they may face penalty or disqualification.
TORA reserves the right to adjust these rules for the balance of performance.

Just out of curiosity, what's broken about the other civic that makes it ineligible?

For some reason it has something different that gives it some OP status. I dn't recall the specifics, but I've been instructed to keep it out.

On Forza 6, the #5 had more torque for seemingly no reason and it was considerably quicker than the #2, like .3-.5 on every track.
Dunno if that's carried over to FM7 but I'd imagine it has.

I ran a touring car series w/ these builds.
