Paraphrasing from HCR TJSteel (doc person) explanation:

The lagout formula is MILES=(LapsCompleted * TrackLength) + (WorstStint * 0.75)

So in your case, since GTR Widowed did not start stint 12, your "WorstStint" is equal to 0. And when you disconnected, you had 6 laps. Accounting for the "distance after move", you get 42 miles for stint 10.

The lag-out rule did apply, it just didn't benefit you guys as much because of the DNS.
Not as much? Not at all you mean... Wink
But if that's the rule, fair enough.

Feel a bit hard done by it to be honest. We ran for 22 hours with two disconnects. One on the first lap, and one after 25 minutes. No problem, that can happen. What I find hard to swallow is that one DNS on stint 12, didn't lose us 200 miles. But around 500 miles...

This is why I would suggest, for next year, not to use a DNS as your worst stint. But take the worst one that someone actually finished.

I will bring that up next time we plan a long enduro.
