Round 3 Fuel Mishap Decision (US)

After much deliberation from many members of staff, the events occurred in Round 3, Race 2 on the US side pertaining to vehicles running out of fuel during the race after expecting to finish without needing to pit for fuel, it has been decided that the cars involved, primarily CC MSport, will not have their positions reinstated as it was down to the driver's discretion to pit if needed for fuel and/or tyres but chose not to. This decision was helped along by the fact that other drivers were able to finish the race with the same tuning setup without needing to pit.

TORA advises all drivers to remember that it is up to you to make sure you have enough fuel and/or tyres to make it to the end of a race in future no matter how assured you have been by other members of the community of the possibility of making it to the end.
