just to ask on this build, what about racing diff, suspension? Any of those are ok to use?

Yes to all. As long as it is 620 PI or below, has the required parts, fits the weight/power regs, and doesn't use a widebody kit, it is legal.

Top tip for anyone that hasn't done these sorts of series before:
Set up a Freeplay session where the settings are set to less than 300 HP and greater than 2500 pounds. If you cannot select your car, you need to adjust it. I normally build to 299 HP and 2501 lbs to be safe. If it gets to race night and all of a sudden you can't select your car, the Lobby Marshals aren't going to wait for you to fix your build. Check it now to make for a smoother race night
If you can get your car in with it exactly at one of the limits, fair play to you. It is possible, but just make sure your car is "legal" before doing all sorts of testing.
