FIyingxDutchman did not get an invite from the lobby host. Is it possible to get him either in to another qualifying session or organise a private one? He took the day off work to be in for this

Seems that he spelled his gamertag wrong when creating his TORA account, but the misspelling was also a gamertag that existed so we had no way of knowing.
